Payment:
Payment can be made by COD or credit card through Stripe. With the cash-on-delivery option, you can pay the order to the courier on receipt of the parcel. You can read more about our privacy policy by clicking here.
Delivery:
The delivery fee is 7.90 EUR. Our parcels can only be delivered to your home and on average it takes 4-5 working days for the order to be delivered by POST NL courier. The tracking number and the exact time of delivery will be sent to you by e-mail.
If you don't like the Product or are not satisfied with it for any reason, you have the option to return it within 30 days. You can indicate your intention to return the product by sending the Withdrawal/Cancellation Statement found below to our customer service at info@mobilfox.hu.
The Product can only be returned at your own expense and properly packaged. As proof of this, please send a clear document confirming the return and shipment to our customer service at info@mobilfox.hu. This is a precondition for the exchange of the Product or the refund of the purchase price.
We cannot accept cash-on-delivery returns, so please pay special attention to this.
A Product is considered returned only if all items included in the original order are returned, including any free gifts or accessories (such as, but not limited to, the Nano-Glass screen protector). A refund can only be issued if all parts of the order are returned in full.
Please also note that after applying the PRO-SHIELD screen protector, it cannot be removed without significantly damaging its condition. Therefore, if you have already applied the PRO-SHIELD to your phone, we cannot provide a right of withdrawal for this product.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly consented in writing to use a different payment method. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of using the refund method.

- By purchasing pro shock and pro shield together you can claim the pro care display replacement warranty.
- As soon as your order arrives, put both the foil and the case on your phone.
- Register your phone in the pro care package, then your warranty will be valid and we will replace the display of your phone for 1 year.
- If the screen is broken, please do not remove the foil from the phone, as this may void the warranty!
- Email us at info@mobilfox.hu with photos of the broken phone, so that you can see the pro shield foil on the display and we will check your warranty.
- If everything is ok we will send a courier to pick up the phone and deliver the repaired phone with the new original apple display within 3-5 days. If the display is broken or cracked before the pro shield is installed, the warranty will not be valid.
