If your phone's display is broken (not functioning), here's what you need to do to get it repaired:

  • Email us at to report the issue and initiate an investigation.
  • Provide us with a clear picture of the Pro-Shield foil and the crack on the display.
  • Our customer service will compare the pictures with those you uploaded during registration.
  • If everything is in order, we will contact the official Apple service.
  • The service will then send a courier to pick up your phone, inspect it, replace the display and return it to you within 3-5 working days

The Pro-Care warranty requires that you leave the foil on the phone when reporting an issue, as this is how we determine if the display was broken due to our products' use. If you have already removed the foil, make sure to keep it, as it still serves as evidence for our investigation.

While we do conduct many drop tests, we ask that you do not conduct your own experiments with your phone. It's best not to take any chances and potentially cause damage to your device.
