Terms and Conditions – Trustpilot Review Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by:

Hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Duration
The giveaway is ongoing until revoked. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals who:

  • Leave a Trustpilot review of MOBILREDFOX within the respective calendar month, and

  • Have a valid shipping address within the European Union (EU).

There are no additional conditions or purchase requirements to enter the giveaway.
Participation is not influenced by the content or star rating of the review – only the submission of the review itself is required.

4. Prize and Winner Selection

  • Each month, 1 (one) iPhone 16 will be awarded to a randomly selected reviewer.

  • The draw takes place on the 5th day of each month, based on reviews submitted during the previous calendar month.

  • The winner is selected using the Google Random Number Generator, from a list of eligible participants.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Trustpilot review.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified.

  • If there is no response within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and no alternate winner will be selected for that month.

5. Data Handling
Personal data of the winner (name, email, shipping address) will be used solely for prize delivery purposes, in compliance with the Organizer’s privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
No data from non-winning participants will be collected or stored.

6. Additional Provisions

  • Participation in the giveaway is voluntary.

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Trustpilot, Apple, or any third party.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated terms published on the official communication channels.
